b. Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made WITH PROOF that you have followed all of our instructions, such as: nutritional advice, workout advice, post-workout advice, pre-workout advice.
2. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Any services already rendered or completed before the refund request.
- Subscription fees for unused portions of the subscription period.
- Any fees associated with third-party payment processors.
